All orders are shipped via tracked Express Post for speed, security, and peace of mind.

• Australia: $20 flat rate express shipping. Free express shipping on orders $500+.

• International: $50 flat rate express shipping. Free express shipping on orders $1000+.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

Any import duties or taxes outside Australia are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary, and these charges are outside our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items once they have been handed to the courier. All shipments include tracking, and a signature on delivery is required unless otherwise requested
