The Archive Collective operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The Archive Collective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

All items sold by The Archive Collective are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each piece is hand-sourced from trusted suppliers, auction houses, and vintage dealers across Japan and beyond, selected for quality, rarity, and provenance.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products and provide detailed images, including signs of wear or condition. However, actual product colors or appearance may vary depending on your screen and settings.
We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or match its depiction exactly. Product descriptions may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and we send a confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been accepted. In cases where we must cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.
All items are guaranteed authentic. Each piece is rigorously inspected through our in-house authentication process and, where applicable, verified by independent third-party authenticators. See our Authenticity Guarantee for more information.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of your order is the final price, excluding shipping, handling, taxes, or import duties unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and contact details. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an item is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.
SECTION 6 - AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every item sold by The Archive Collective is 100 percent authentic. We hand-source pieces from reputable vintage networks and trusted global suppliers, with a strong focus on Japan, where high-end authentication standards are upheld.
Each item is thoroughly assessed through a multi-step, in-house process including inspection of materials, model codes, stitching, and hardware. Select items are further authenticated through verified third-party services.
In the rare event that an item is proven to be counterfeit by a recognized third-party authenticator, we will issue a full refund upon confirmation.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services, including text, graphics, images, trademarks, and layout, is the property of The Archive Collective or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use the content for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.
